Founder and Owner of Millie Fling Harris Voice Studios, MIllie Fling Harris graduated with Honors from the University of Missouri, with advanced Voice Seminars and Post-Graduate work in Massachusetts, New York City and Philadelphia.

Mrs. Harris studied and sang with the touring Metropolitan Opera Studio in New York City and studied voice and vocal pedagogy with Oren Brown, voice professor at Juilliard School of Music in New York City. She is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), The National Music Teacher’s Association, and The Tidewater Music Teachers Forum.


Mrs. Harris (stage name-Millie Fling) has won acclaim on both the Operatic and Musical Theatre stages performing throughout the United States and Canada. She has performed numerous roles with such major companies as Central City Opera Co., The Kansas City Lyric Opera, The Starlight Theatre, Lake George Opera, The Cleveland Opera, The Virginia Musical Theater and The Touring Metropolitan Opera Studio in New York City.

As a vocalist she has been featured with numerous symphony orchestra’s including the Tulsa Symphony, the Kansas City Philharmonic and The Milton Berle Review.

Television audiences have heard her sing the National Anthem for the Cleveland Indians baseball games.


Mrs. Harris is often asked to judge for scholarship pageants and vocal contests including The Lion's Club Bland Contest and The Governor’s Summer Residential Program.
